# 16S Identification

This walkthrough will guide you in using EzBioCloud 16S Identification.

You can identify bacterial species by uploading 16S rRNA amplicon files in singles or batches. 

A report detailing taxonomic top hits, alignment maps, and a phylogenetic tree will be generated for each sample you upload.
