## Download Genome Identification reports

The Genome Identification reports provide an in-depth analysis of your samples. This includes species-to-strain identification, AMR genes, VIR factors, coverage, top hits (matches), and a phylogenetic tree.

### Single report download option

In your sample row, select the PDF option under the ‘Report’ column.

### Multiple report download option

Check the boxes next to each sample report you want to download and click the 'Download Selected' button.&#x20;
