Download Genome Identification reports

The Genome Identification reports provide an in-depth analysis of your samples. This includes species-to-strain identification, AMR genes, VIR factors, coverage, top hits (matches), and a phylogenetic tree.

Single report download option

In your sample row, select the PDF option under the ‘Report’ column.

Multiple report download option

Check the boxes next to each sample report you want to download and click the 'Download Selected' button.
