# Genome Identification

This walkthrough will guide you in using EzBioCloud Genome Identification.

You can identify bacterial species, down to subspecies, by uploading genome isolate files in singles or batches.

A report detailing taxonomic top hits at subspecies levels, ANI alignment scores, antibiotic resistance, pathogenicity schemes, and a phylogenomic tree will be generated for each sample you upload.

Now let’s get started.
